Black Jack Specials: Inochi wo Meguru Yottsu no Kiseki

Black Jack, an unlicensed surgeon with unmatched skill, is drawn into four medical crises where a life depends on a decision no ordinary doctor can make. His enormous fees and cold manner anger patients and professionals alike, but neither reveals what he truly values when he accepts or refuses a case.

With Pinoko beside him, Black Jack confronts fragile births, accidents, illness, and sacrifices that test the limits of surgery. Every operation becomes a different question about the worth of life and whether a miracle can ever erase the cost of survival.
