Their performance is less impressive than their predecessors', earning them the unenviable role of technological ugly ducklings despite their very confident artificial personalities.

Determined to prove they can at least entertain, the self-styled A.I. Tough Guy Uchikomas prepare a musical performance for a New Year's Eve celebration in Harima City. Their attempt to become rising stars gives the neglected machines a stage where being strange may finally be an advantage.
