Eltria is dying, and Kyrie Florian refuses to watch her home disappear while her gravely ill father grows weaker. Convinced that a lost technology on Earth may save both him and the planet, Kyrie leaves with her childhood friend Iris despite her older sister Amitie's pleas to stop.

Their search brings them into conflict with Nanoha Takamachi, Fate Testarossa, Hayate Yagami, and their allies, who will not surrender powerful magical resources without understanding the consequences. As Amitie follows to bring Kyrie home, the desperate rescue mission becomes a clash of convictions, with the fate of two worlds hanging on what Kyrie is willing to risk.
