Pokemon Movie 21: Minna no Monogatari

Ash and Pikachu arrive in Fula City for the annual Wind Festival, where the legendary Lugia is said to bless the people with wind. They become connected to several strangers, including injured athlete Risa, boastful liar Callahan, timid researcher Toren, elderly Harriet, and young Margo.

When the sacred flame vanishes and a spreading disaster threatens the city, each person must overcome a private weakness and contribute something only they can offer. Their efforts also uncover the truth about Zeraora, a Mythical Pokémon feared because of an old lie.
