Synopsis
An unnatural storm approaches Tokyo, carrying a strange phenomenon that can turn the impossible into reality. Kitarou recognizes the danger and tries to warn the city, but the threat arrives before anyone is prepared: a mysterious Youkai Emperor emerges from the chaos and declares his intention to transform Japan into a paradise ruled by youkai.
As monsters overrun the city, Nezumi Otoko rescues a girl named Caroline and becomes unexpectedly attached to her. Her connection to the invaders soon draws Kitarou and his companions directly into the Emperor's scheme. With Caroline taken hostage and Tokyo descending into supernatural disaster, even the usually selfish Nezumi Otoko is forced to decide how far he will go to save someone else.
