One Piece: Taose! Kaizoku Ganzack

Hungry and adrift, Luffy, Zoro, and Nami are attacked at sea by a giant creature. The assault separates them and leaves Nami in the hands of pirates, while Luffy and Zoro wash ashore on an island where they meet a determined girl named Medaka.

The island is under the control of Captain Ganzack, who has enslaved its men and forced them to work for him, including Medaka's father. Luffy has no intention of leaving his navigator or the villagers behind. With Zoro and Medaka beside him, he charges toward Ganzack's stronghold, ready to turn the pirate's carefully maintained rule upside down.
