Honey Kisaragi expects her sixteenth birthday to be a happy reunion with her father, but he arrives wounded and pursued by monstrous enemies. Before Honey can understand what is happening, her father is taken and the life she knew is shattered.

A mysterious young man leaves Honey with a device connected to her father's work, giving her the power to change her appearance and abilities through multiple forms. Armed with those transformations and aided by detective Seiji Hayami, Honey begins fighting Panther Claw, the organization behind the attack, while searching for her father and the truth hidden in her own extraordinary body.
