Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon

Usagi Tsukino is a clumsy, crybaby fourteen-year-old who struggles at school and looks nothing like a hero. That changes when she meets the talking cat Luna, who gives her a brooch that transforms her into Sailor Moon and charges her with fighting dark forces that prey on human energy.

Usagi does not remain alone for long. As other Sailor Guardians awaken, the group searches for the missing Moon Princess and the legendary Silver Crystal before the Dark Kingdom can claim them. Between school, friendship, and first love, Usagi grows from a girl frightened by every fight into someone capable of carrying the fate of her friends and the world, even if she still cries along the way.
