Vanitas no Karte

In nineteenth-century Paris, vampire Noé Archiviste searches for the legendary Book of Vanitas, a grimoire said to have been created by a vampire born beneath the blue moon. His journey takes an unexpected turn when a human doctor calling himself Vanitas appears with the book in his possession and uses it to cure a vampire driven mad by a corrupted true name. Vanitas declares an outrageous goal: he intends to save the entire vampire race, whether its members want his help or not. Noé reluctantly follows him through a Paris shared by humans and vampires, where every curse they treat exposes another layer of conflict, hidden history, and uncertainty about what the Book of Vanitas was truly created to do.
