Vanitas no Karte: Le Chemin Parcouru Depuis la Rencontre

Noé arrives in Paris searching for the legendary Book of Vanitas and instead finds it in the hands of a human who calls himself Vanitas. The eccentric doctor claims he can use the grimoire to cure vampires whose true names have been corrupted, drawing Noé into cases involving curse-bearers, Jeanne, Lord Ruthven, and the hidden politics of vampire society.

Their uneasy partnership survives a masquerade, violent encounters with hunters, and experiments tied to Dr. Moreau, while Vanitas' motives remain difficult to read. When news arrives that the Beast of Gévaudan has returned, the pair prepares to leave Paris for the next mystery.
