One Piece: Dr. Chopper no Bouken Karte - Uragirimono-tachi no Masquerade

Behind the chaos of Egghead Island, Cipher Pol and CP0 move with goals that do not always match the faces they show the world. Rob Lucci, Kaku, Stussy, and the other agents arrive carrying government orders, but loyalties begin shifting as Vegapunk’s secrets come into the open.

Chopper, Bepo, and Carrot trace the agents’ actions and piece together the chain of betrayals and hidden identities that made it increasingly difficult to tell who was following the World Government, who was only pretending to obey, and who chose a different side when it finally mattered.
