Slam Dunk: Zenkoku Seiha Da! - Sakuragi Hanamichi

Shohoku faces Tsukubu during the Inter-High qualifying tournament, meeting a team connected to its own past. Coach Anzai confronts a former student now leading Tsukubu, while Akagi and Kogure reunite with their old classmate Godai, the opposing captain.

Hanamichi Sakuragi finds a more personal reason to win when Tsukubu center Nango openly competes for Haruko's attention. Pride and jealousy drive him onto the court, but defeating a disciplined dark horse requires Shohoku to play as a team rather than as a collection of private rivalries.
