Kimi lives in a cheap seaside apartment complex known simply as Housing Complex C in the town of Kurosaki. The aging buildings seem ordinary enough until small, disturbing incidents begin to pile up: animals die strangely, residents behave in unsettling ways, and things appear that should not be there at all.

As new families arrive, tension grows among the tenants and the horrifying events become harder to dismiss. Kimi tries to understand what is happening around her, but the fear points toward something older than neighborhood conflict and far more deeply rooted in the land itself. Little by little, the humble complex begins to feel less like a home and more like a place hiding a memory that was never meant to wake again.
