Senpai ga Uzai Kouhai no Hanashi

Futaba Igarashi has worked hard to be treated as a capable adult at her trading company, but her enormous senior coworker Harumi Takeda keeps ruining the image by patting her head, teasing her height, and treating her like a child. He is loud, blunt, and endlessly annoying. He is also the first person to help when work goes wrong, the colleague who notices when she is struggling, and someone whose company Futaba has started seeking outside the office without admitting why. Their daily arguments gradually acquire a warmth neither is prepared to define. Around them, coworkers develop relationships and misunderstandings of their own, while Futaba faces an increasingly inconvenient possibility: the senior who irritates her most may also be the person she most wants nearby.
