Dr. Slump: Arale-chan - Penguin Mura Eiyuu Densetsu

Penguin Village faces an emergency of truly historic proportions: it has run out of toilet paper. Senbei Norimaki declares himself the hero for the job and sets out to find a legendary supermarket somewhere far to the east, building an airplane to speed up the journey.

The aircraft does not survive for long, but Senbei's quest does. Arale and Gatchan join him after the crash, turning a desperate shopping trip into a ridiculous expedition across the countryside. For Penguin Village, the fate of everyday comfort now rests on its least conventional adventurers.
