Tomoki Sakurai has grown accustomed to living with Ikaros and Nymph, but recurring dreams continue to disturb the ordinary life he wants. When his friends attempt to enter those dreams and investigate, they discover signs that something far more serious is hidden inside Tomoki's subconscious.

Then another Angeloid falls from the sky. Astraea is powerful, heavily armed, and sent with a mission involving Tomoki, but her arrival brings more than a new enemy. As Synapse's secrets draw closer to the surface, Tomoki's chaotic household becomes the center of a conflict that reaches back to the origin of the Angeloids themselves.
