Hoshikuzu Telepath

Umika Konohoshi struggles to speak openly with other people, so since childhood she has dreamed of traveling into space and finding aliens who might understand her. On her first day of high school, she meets the cheerful and eccentric Yuu Akeuchi, who confidently claims to be an alien and says she can read thoughts by touching foreheads.

Umika chooses to believe what she desperately wants to believe, and her distant dream soon becomes a practical goal when she and Yuu begin building model rockets with new friends. Through failed launches, competitions, and slowly deepening friendships, Umika discovers that reaching another person can feel harder than reaching the sky, but it is not impossible.
