Kidou Senshi Gundam UC: One of Seventy Two

In Universal Century 0095, the Earth Federation and Anaheim Electronics deploy two experimental Unicorn Gundams into a debris-filled sector where the Sleeves' Rebawoo has appeared. The black Banshee and the golden Phenex are both equipped with the dangerous NT-D system, technology designed to answer the threat posed by Newtypes with overwhelming force.

When combat pushes Banshee's system into action, Federation officials order Phenex's restraints removed as well. The two psycho-frame machines resonate, but the result is anything but controlled: Phenex goes berserk, turns its weapons on friend and foe alike, and transforms a weapons evaluation into a catastrophe. By the time the golden Unicorn vanishes into space, it has become a mystery the Federation can no longer contain.
