In U.C. 0096, student Banagher Links lives quietly on the manufacturing colony Industrial 7 until he meets a mysterious girl calling herself Audrey Burne. She is trying to stop the Vist Foundation from handing “Laplace's Box” to the Neo Zeon remnants known as the Sleeves, fearing the secret could ignite another war.

When fighting erupts inside the colony, Banagher is entrusted with the white Unicorn Gundam, a machine that serves as the key to the Box.
