Hana Tabata has long convinced herself that she is unattractive, so she prefers to remain outside everyone's attention. She arrives early each morning to replace the classroom flowers in peace, allowing herself small private moments she would never risk in front of other students.

One day Yousuke Ueno, the most popular boy in class, catches her placing a flower in her hair. Rather than laugh, he becomes curious about the girl who has quietly cared for the room without anyone noticing.
