Maison Ikkoku: Bangai-hen - Ikkokujima Nanpa Shimatsuki

Yotsuya and Ichinose remember the day the tenants of Ikkoku-kan joined Mitaka for a lively cruise on his new boat. The celebration ends abruptly when the vessel falls apart and leaves the entire group stranded on a deserted island.

With little preparation and far too many incompatible personalities, survival quickly becomes less urgent than jealousy, flirting, drinking, and argument. The empty island proves incapable of making the residents behave sensibly.
