Years have passed since Tatsuya Uesugi carried Meisei High to Koshien, yet the future he once imagined with Minami Asakura remains uncertain. Tatsuya has stepped away from baseball while Minami continues pursuing rhythmic gymnastics, and the distance between their paths makes it harder for either of them to say what they truly want.

New people enter their lives and old feelings are tested, forcing Tatsuya and Minami to confront the promises and memories that have tied them together since childhood. As Tatsuya searches for a direction of his own, baseball begins calling to him again, along with a decision that may finally carry him beyond the shadow of the past.
