Synopsis
Goku and Krillin travel to the kingdom of Mifan to enter a grand martial arts tournament, while Bulma and her friends continue their search for the Dragon Balls. Behind the celebration, however, Master Shen and General Tao are manipulating young Emperor Chiaotzu, promising that the Dragon Balls can restore the wife he believes he has lost.
When the emperor's forces hunt Bora and Upa for the Dragon Ball in their possession, the separate searches collide. Goku must face powerful fighters and expose Shen's deception before the seven Dragon Balls are used for a scheme that has nothing to do with the emperor's happiness.
