Twenty-five years after Éclair and Lumière helped save the galaxy, the Galactic Trade Organization has inherited the task of preserving peace. At its headquarters, the energetic Ascoeur and calm Q-feuille work as waitresses while training to earn a place in the elite ES Force.

Their routine assignments gradually expose them to threats that reach far beyond the café where they begin. Joined by the mysterious young Di-air, the two candidates discover unusual powers and secrets surrounding the new GTO, forcing them to grow from clumsy trainees into agents capable of protecting the galaxy.
