Digimon Tamers

Takato Matsuda loves the Digimon card game and sketches a creature of his own named Guilmon. When a mysterious blue card transforms his reader into a D-Ark, the drawing becomes a real Digimon, giving Takato the partner he dreamed of and a responsibility he never imagined.

He meets experienced tamer Rika and the thoughtful Henry, whose partners Renamon and Terriermon approach battle very differently. As Digimon enter the human world and a larger threat connects both realities, Takato must learn that raising Guilmon requires trust rather than simply treating him as a game creation.
