Digimon Adventure 02

Three years after the Digital World was saved, a new enemy calling himself the Digimon Emperor enslaves Digimon and blocks ordinary evolution with his Control Spires. Daisuke Motomiya, Miyako Inoue, and Iori Hida are chosen to join the older DigiDestined and receive new partners capable of Armor Digivolution.

The children fight to free each occupied region, but defeating the Emperor reveals that someone more dangerous has been shaping events from the shadows. Their growing bonds will be tested by artificial Digimon, unstable worlds, and the difficult question of whether an enemy who regrets his actions deserves a second chance.
