Monogatari Series: Second Season

Supernatural oddities continue appearing around Koyomi Araragi's friends, but he is no longer always at the center of every crisis. When he disappears at the start of a new school term, Tsubasa Hanekawa is targeted by a mysterious burning tiger and must confront her own problems without relying on Araragi to solve them for her.

The focus later shifts among Hanekawa, Nadeko, Hitagi, Shinobu, and others, revealing how the group changes when each girl is allowed to become the center of her own story. As Araragi's graduation approaches, the apparitions stop feeling like isolated incidents and increasingly reflect jealousy, desire, regret, and identity. What once looked like separate supernatural problems begins converging toward a conflict that reshapes the balance between everyone involved.
