Chou Futsuu Toshi Kashiwa Densetsu Z

Chiyo is tired of always finishing second and longs for the power to change her standing. At Lake Teganuma she encounters the mysterious Manu, who offers exactly that kind of strength, but his appearance is tied to secrets reaching back to Tegachan and to an older supernatural presence around Kashiwa.

As Manu gathers unusual allies and begins plotting to conquer the city, Chiyo, Nagare, and their friends are drawn into a string of bizarre local incidents. Familiar corners of Kashiwa become stages for absurd battles and strange encounters where civic landmarks, regional folklore, and superhero comedy collide.
