Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis - Short Story

Favaro and Kaisar find themselves traveling together again, this time toward Favaro's home village. Away from the grand battle that once decided the fate of the world, the journey gives the old companions a chance to confront pieces of Favaro's past and the uneasy bond that still connects them.

Elsewhere, Kaisar serves as a knight commander and crosses blades with Jeanne d'Arc in a sparring match. Their conversation turns toward the aftermath of the battle against Bahamut and the reasons both chose to remain with the Orleans Knights, revealing what duty means to people who survived a catastrophe that changed their lives.
