Akari, Kyouko, Yui, and Chinatsu want to celebrate a special occasion together, but their first ideas are as chaotic as anyone would expect from the Amusement Club. Eventually, they settle on preparing a party in their clubroom and enlist their friends from the Student Council to help.

Between decorations, food, jokes, and the girls' usual personality clashes, the preparations become an event of their own.
