[Oshi no Ko] 2nd Season

Aqua Hoshino, Kana Arima, and Akane Kurokawa land major roles in a stage adaptation of the popular manga Tokyo Blade, but rehearsals quickly run into conflict between the theatrical script and original creator Abiko Samejima. Akane struggles to build a character whose role has been reduced, Kana sees another chance to prove herself onstage, and the cast must learn how different live performance is from acting for a camera.

For Aqua, the play is more than an artistic opportunity. Entering the orbit of the Lala Lai theatrical company gives him a path toward director Toshirou Kindaichi—and perhaps information about the man connected to his mother Ai’s murder. While Ruby moves deeper into the world of idols, Aqua continues using the entertainment industry as a tool for revenge, even when acting forces him to touch emotions he has spent years trying to bury.
