Atarashii Joushi wa Do Tennen

Years of abuse from a former manager leave Kentarou Momose with health problems and the belief that any new boss might become another nightmare. At his new advertising job, his direct supervisor is Yuusei Shirosaki, a capable and calm man whose presence initially makes Momose nervous. It does not take long for him to discover that Shirosaki’s odd behavior is not threatening at all; it comes from a combination of genuine kindness and spectacular absent-mindedness.

One small incident after another, from client visits to sick days, shows Momose that authority does not have to rely on fear. Slowly, he begins unlearning the reactions his old workplace left behind and discovers what it feels like to work without waiting for the next shout.
