Odayaka Kizoku no Kyuuka no Susume.

Lizel is a brilliant chancellor accustomed to managing an entire kingdom, yet one day he awakens in another world with no idea how he arrived. Rather than panic, he decides to treat the situation as a temporary vacation until a way home presents itself. He hires the renowned adventurer Gil as his guide and bodyguard, joins the adventurers' guild, and begins exploring the cities and jobs around him. Lizel has no overwhelming combat power, but his intelligence, ability to read people, and talent for turning problems into negotiations make his "holiday" far busier than planned, especially once his calm personality begins attracting companions who refuse to let him travel alone for long.
