Xiong Chumo: Nianhuo

Chinese New Year is approaching, and Logger Vick promises his parents that he will return home with gifts. Then his boss abruptly fires him, leaving him with barely enough money for the journey and no way to buy the presents he promised.

After a string of failed jobs, Vick unexpectedly becomes a temporary forest ranger. Briar and Bramble do not trust their former logging enemy at first, but when a powerful logging machine threatens the forest, Vick's new duty forces old rivals onto the same side. Protecting the woods may cost him the New Year goods he worked so hard to earn, yet the animals have their own way of making sure he does not go home empty-handed.
