Sore Ike! Anpanman: Dororin to Bakeru Carnival

Everyone is invited to the Transformation Carnival in Obake Town, a colorful festival where visitors can change into all kinds of surprising forms. Dororin is the one exception: no matter how hard he tries, he cannot transform, leaving him lonely among the celebration.

After befriending Cream Panda, Dororin hears of the mysterious Black Cape hidden in the frightening forest, an object that may grant him the transformation he wants. But Baikinman has his own plans for the cape and the carnival, turning Dororin's search into an adventure where courage matters far more than changing one's appearance.
