Cowboy Bebop: Tengoku no Tobira

Life aboard the Bebop follows its usual rhythm of bad luck and barely profitable bounties until Faye witnesses an oil tanker explode on Mars. A mysterious substance released in the blast triggers a deadly illness, and the authorities place an enormous bounty on the man believed responsible.

Spike, Jet, Faye, Edward, and Ein split up across Alba City to chase different leads. Their hunt points toward Vincent, a former soldier whose past is tied to a secret biological weapon and a cover-up powerful people would rather keep buried. With another attack looming over a crowded Martian city, the Bebop crew's pursuit of a payday becomes a race to stop a catastrophe.
