Houkago Shounen Hanako-kun

Hanako-kun may be one of Kamome Academy's Seven Mysteries, and Nene Yashiro may be his human assistant, but not every afternoon is spent resolving dangerous supernatural incidents. When the school quiets down, the pair still have plenty of time to waste together.
