Android 18 follows Mr. Satan to the private island of an old rival who has challenged him to prove himself against a collection of engineered fighters. Goten and Trunks secretly tag along, expecting an easy adventure, until they discover that the laboratory has created a clone from the blood of Broly.

The experiment escapes its tank just as a corrosive biological fluid floods the facility, mutating the clone into a grotesque Bio-Broly. With the substance threatening to spread beyond the island, Goten, Trunks, Krillin, and Android 18 must defeat the monster and stop the runaway experiment before it reaches the rest of the world.
