Gegege no Kitarou (1985 Movie)

Nezumi Otoko's greed draws him into the plans of Chinpo, a leader among yokai from the south who wants Kitaro eliminated. Yumeko is kidnapped and used as bait, pulling Kitaro and Neko Musume into a trap prepared by powerful enemies such as Akamata and Yashiotoshi.

Chinpo offers Kitaro a place at his side in a campaign against humans, but Kitaro refuses to abandon the coexistence he believes in. Stripped of much of his yokai power and surrounded by enemies, he must rely on his friends to turn the trap around and stop the southern yokai before their attack spreads any further.
