Chibigon is a small, timid dragon with one painful problem: no matter how hard he tries, he cannot fly. After Anpanman rescues him while he is drifting helplessly, Chibigon begins learning that courage cannot simply be forced, even while Baikinman pursues a mysterious green orb for a destructive scheme.
