Kuroshitsuji: Midori no Majo-hen

Queen Victoria sends Ciel Phantomhive to southern Germany to investigate a string of mysterious deaths. Every victim suffered strange deformities after entering the so-called Werewolves’ Forest, and nearby villagers blame a witch’s curse. Ciel and Sebastian begin the case convinced that folklore is hiding a more rational explanation.

Deep in the forest they discover an isolated village inhabited only by women and devoted to a young girl named Sieglinde Sullivan, the “Green Witch.” The villagers’ hostility makes investigation difficult, and then Ciel himself begins showing signs of the curse. What first looked like local superstition soon opens into a case involving secrets far more political and dangerous than expected.
