The Eagle Talon gang is still dreaming of an environmentally friendly form of world domination when an ominous fortune leaves its members expecting disaster. Far away, the machine-inhabited planet Gogogo is already living through one: the evil Nemaal Empire has launched an invasion that threatens the entire world.

Okitemasu Smile and his daughter Yoruny escape Gogogo and travel to Earth in search of a legendary savior described only as a pointed-eared man living on a blue planet. Their search leads, improbably, to Eagle Talon's secret base. The gang that can barely finance its own plans is suddenly pulled into an interplanetary crisis where saving another world may depend on the very people who usually fail at conquering this one.
