One Piece: Episode of Alabasta - Prologue

After entering the Grand Line, the Straw Hat crew reaches Whiskey Peak and is welcomed with an extravagant celebration by townspeople who claim to adore pirates. The hospitality is a trap: the settlement is filled with bounty hunters working for the secret organization Baroque Works.

Zoro realizes the danger before most of the crew and finds himself facing the hunters nearly alone. The confrontation also exposes the hidden identity of Princess Vivi and the threat hanging over the desert kingdom of Alabasta, giving Luffy and his friends a new reason to continue their voyage beyond treasure and adventure.
