Chitose-kun wa Ramune Bin no Naka

Saku Chitose appears to have everything high-school life can offer: popularity, confidence, strong grades, and a circle of attractive friends who genuinely enjoy being around him. Even the online attacks calling him shallow barely disturb his composure. Saku believes that living beautifully matters more than satisfying people determined to hate him.

At the beginning of his second year, a teacher asks him to bring Kenta Yamazaki back to school after the boy has shut himself away for months. Saku expects a simple favor, only to discover that Kenta personally despises him and everything his social ease represents. What begins as an errand forces Saku to look across the divide between those who move comfortably in the social spotlight and those who feel excluded from it, while questioning how much of his own perfect image is genuine.
