Ogong and Ondal arrive with Tobot W carrying news of suspicious incidents on Gaja Island, pulling the Tobot team into a problem far beyond the city they usually protect. At the same time, Hook and Jab come under temporary care and new alliances begin to form around the young pilots.

The mystery develops into a conflict involving Doctor M and eventually leads beneath the sea, where the threat of Leviathan puts families and civilians in danger. Daion and the others must learn to draw out new strength from their Tobots before the underwater crisis becomes something far larger.
