Raimon accepts an invitation from Fifth Sector to attend a special football camp, only to discover that the isolated God Eden is meant to break their resistance once and for all. The island trains elite players under Fifth Sector's philosophy, turning football into another tool of control.

Tenma and his teammates refuse to surrender their belief in free football and face a new team built to crush them. Their struggle also brings Tenma into contact with Shuu, a gifted player whose connection to God Eden reveals that the island's conflict is more personal than it first appears.
