Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei: Raihousha-hen

After the “Scorched Halloween” incident reveals the existence of an overwhelmingly powerful Strategic-Class magician in Japan, the USNA begins searching for his identity. Angelina Kudou Shields arrives at First High as an exchange student, but she is secretly Angie Sirius, commander of the elite Stars unit, with orders that place Tatsuya Shiba directly in her investigation.

At the same time, mysterious attacks spread through Tokyo, leaving victims drained of blood and energy and giving rise to rumors of a “vampire.” Tatsuya quickly realizes that Lina’s arrival and the new incidents cannot be treated as separate coincidences.
