Bleach: Sennen Kessen-hen

Peace collapses when large numbers of Hollows begin disappearing and residents of Soul Society vanish without a trace. The hidden Quincy empire known as the Wandenreich reveals itself under Yhwach and declares that Soul Society will be destroyed within days. Worse, its warriors can steal a captain's Bankai.
