Saraba Uchuu Senkan Yamato: Ai no Senshi-tachi

In 2201, Earth is rebuilding after surviving the Gamilas war, and the former crew of Yamato have begun settling into new lives. Their fragile peace is disturbed by a mysterious message from deep space and the approach of a gigantic white comet whose advance threatens civilization on a scale humanity is not prepared to face.

When official authorities refuse to act, Kodai and his former comrades reunite aboard Yamato and set out on their own. Their voyage leads them into a desperate conflict with the White Comet Empire, where every victory demands a heavier sacrifice and the crew must decide how far they are willing to go to protect Earth and the people they love.
