Tatoeba Last Dungeon Mae no Mura no Shounen ga Joban no Machi de Kurasu Youna Monogatari

Lloyd Belladonna grew up in Kunlun, a village beside the world's most dangerous dungeon, where terrifying monsters are treated as an ordinary part of life. Because he is considered the weakest person in his hometown, Lloyd sincerely believes he has little talent. Even so, he refuses to abandon his dream of becoming a soldier and leaves for the Kingdom of Azami to enter its military academy, expecting to struggle just to keep up.

The problem is that Kunlun's idea of weak has nothing in common with the rest of the world. What Lloyd considers modest strength looks absurdly powerful in the capital, while he remains convinced that he is a beginner who needs more training. Between entrance tests and conspiracies threatening the kingdom, the kindhearted boy walks into one crisis after another without understanding his own power, leaving everyone else to wonder how someone so formidable can genuinely think he is weak.
